Turbocharger compressor end oil leakage inspection method
1. When the axial and radial clearances of the supercharger are good, oil leakage occurs at the compressor end of the supercharger. Usually, there will be oil traces at the air outlet of the compressor, which shows that the connection of the air outlet of the compressor is soft on the engine. Tube oil seeps traces. There is a lot of dust on the surface of the impeller and the air inlet.
2. If the axial and radial clearances of the supercharger are good, and the impeller steel wheel is not damaged and the rotation is flexible, oil leakage occurs. After excluding other factors affecting the engine, it is preliminarily concluded that the oil leakage is caused by the failure of the sealing ring. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer; if oil leakage is caused by engine-related factors such as poor air intake, it is the responsibility of the user. Please eliminate the factors affecting the engine in time.
